ABOUT DEPRESSION
Depression in the Modern World
Depression can range from the emotional weariness that one feels following prolonged problems at work, to the clinical depression often suffered by those who are grieving, through to the deep trauma experienced by so many Military Veterans across the world who are struggling with the effects of Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder.
Depression is something that can be overcome - in time. And until that time comes along, you can learn to manage the symptoms and anxiety that it causes.
That is what this site is all about. Learning how to handle the fallout that comes about when you slip from general unhappiness, into genuine depression.
